Furnished Apartments
The College Courtyard Apartments in Reno offer large fully furnished four bedroom/two bath apartments. Each bedroom features a sink and vanity. No waiting for your roommate to "get beautiful" at the College Courtyard. Each bedroom has a bed with storage drawers, a large closet, a dresser, and a desk with chair. Cable, telephone service and cable modem available. Free WiFi in each bedroom. The living room has a futon couch, coffee table, end tables and a TV stand. The kitchen is well equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, pantry, dishwasher, disposal, and microwave oven. Each apartment provides a kitchen table and chairs.

Security
The College Courtyard Apartments are gated, offering students 24-hour security. For your convenience, guests use an intercom system at the front gate to contact residents who can release the gate from the apartment. Each apartment has fire sprinklers and audible horns.

Parking
Have you ever tried to find convenient parking at the University of Nevada? That's not a problem for the residents of the College Courtyard Apartments -- we offer FREE secure covered parking or FREE street parking. With our central location, you are within easy walking distance to all areas of the University campus. What's more, each resident has a convenient assigned parking space. No stacked/tandem parking in our garage!
